Ticket Lottery and
Sale
for Cast Members !!!
The ticket committee will hold a lottery
Tuesday evening, February 6 beginning promptly at
6:15 p.m.
at the middle school (most likely we will be in the band room) for parents of
cast members. Names will be drawn to
determine the order in which tickets will be selected by cast members’
parent(s). I don’t anticipate this
taking longer than 30-45 minutes.
The ticket sale will be held on Feb. 8 at
6:30
…..again most likely in the band room. This sale is a privilege for cast
members’ families to purchase tickets for friends/families before the tickets
are available to the public. EACH CAST MEMBER (parent) will be given an
opportunity to purchase 10 tickets, however the cast member (parent) is in no
way obligated to purchase all 10. Tickets
are $8 for students (thru 12th grade) and $10 for adults…..no

Anyone that
needs more than 10 tickets will need to purchase their additional tickets when
they go on sale to the public (no exceptions!).
Please be prepared with your ticket order(ie. which shows, how many,
etc.) before you arrive so that the sale can go as smoothly and efficiently as
possible. If you are unable to
attend the cast lottery and ticket sale, you may purchase your tickets when they
go on sale to the public. Public
sales will be 2/15, 2/22, and 3/1 from
6:30-8 p.m.
in the MS auditorium lobby.

SPECIAL NOTE:
All are encouraged to attend the committee of the whole meeting for the
school board on Jan. 29,
6 p.m.
@ the middle school ( go in at auditorium lobby and look for sign).
They will be discussing the high school musical and a strong showing of
parents that support this endeavor (and can verbalize it)
would help the future of this program in our district.
